Come Join Chefs Matt and Sophia for a special Valentine's Day (one day belated), as they indulge you with some of their favorite dishes! Enjoy a dinner out as we celebrate a Passion for Great Cuisine! We will start the evening with Asian Shrimp Wonton Nachos with Mango Pico. The soup for the evening is Chef's Signature Tomato Cognac Bisque. Chef Sophia will compose a Classic Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon dressing. The Main Couse is a Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Cheddar Whipped Potatoes, and Fresh Vegetables. For Dessert, Chocolate is a Must, therefore Chocolate Dream Molten cake with Englaise it is! You will leave very happy, we promise! $90 per person
