We will gladly refund your class fee or transfer you to another class as long as your request is made more than 7 calendar days prior to the class date. If you discover that you are unable to attend class within the 7 days prior, we encourage you to find a substitute to take your place. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions.
Tapas for a Summer Evening

Tapas are small plates of deliciousness, served as appetizers, and meant to be shared. While Spanish in origin, these fun and fabulous bites are the ideal summer appetizer to serve at your next deck party—and you won’t even need a passport. Variety is the key to a tapas party and for this incredible evening, you will enjoy a lavish assortment of memorable appetizers. Get ready to feast on Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic Sauce), empanadas, and a Spanish Tortilla which is similar to a savory layered potato and custard omelet. The evening will continue with Spanish meatballs, roasted potatoes in garlic aioli, chorizo filled dates wrapped in bacon, a tasty skewered, grilled artichoke with feta and a luscious goat cheese, roasted pepper and fig coulis on a grilled baguette. The sweet treat to end this fun evening will be a traditional flan. Have your friends and family come with you to enjoy a fun, delicious evening. We bet you will be serving these wonderful recipes again and again all summer long. $80 per person
Summertime Grilling

Join Chef Glen for some tips on grilling. We will start off the evening with Shrimp & Grits, followed by a fresh spinach salad with applewood smoked bacon, hard cooked eggs, sweet red onion topped with hot bacon dressing. The main course will be a marinated grilled Pork Tenderloin served with fresh corn and three cheese souffle along with roasted broccoli, summer squash and lemon....and for dessert Pots de Creme with fresh strawberries. $80 per person.
Hands On Pasta Making

During this very hands-on class, Chef Francesca will teach the art of handmade pasta - from creating your own volcano of dough to shaping 3 different forms. You'll learn about various techniques and go home with some fresh pasta to cook at home. In addition, you will dine on a delightful romaine lettuce salad with a Italian vinaigrette, light appetizer, and two fresh pasta and sauce dishes. End the evening with a light raspberry limoncello mousse. Be sure to bring an apron! $80 per person.

Bastille Day....A Summer French Holiday Celebration

The French holiday, Bastille Day, is a huge, fun summer celebration filled with picnics, fireworks, and parades. Let’s celebrate with all of France and enjoy classic French summer recipes that would be perfect for all your backyard or picnic celebrations, too. We will begin with Poivronade, a Roasted Red Pepper Dip that hails from the South of France. The iconic Croque Monsieur Sandwich, a popular ham and Gruyere sandwich served at bistros throughout France will take center stage at this meal. We will accompany it with a classic French potato salad, that is delightfully flavored with a vinaigrette (so no mayo) and a perfect summertime creamy cucumber salad made with Crème fraiche. No summer menu would be complete without a favorite seasonal tomato and corn dish, so we will feature a Tomato, Corn and Gruyere Galette. A French-inspired dessert will cap our delicious summer feast. Bastille Day, celebrated in France each year on July 14, commemorates the Storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution and the unity of French people. It is a popular holiday throughout France and much of the world, and like all French celebrations, it means great food! Spend the evening immersed in the creamy, comforting world of ricotta in this cooking class with Chef Francesca. From savory to sweet, breakfast to dinner to dessert, discover just how versatile ricotta can be. Before we begin, you’ll learn how to make fresh ricotta from scratch. Then start your tasting journey with delicate fried sweet ricotta squares as a "breakfast" treat. Next, Chef will serve an Italian Ricotta Grilled Cheese for "lunch". Ricotta for dinner, will be Pillowy Gnudi with pomodoro sauce. Finally for dessert, Limoncello Ricotta Cake and a cup of espresso. So many ways to eat Italy’s favorite cheese!! $80 per person.
