Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class for which you are registered, you must notify us at least 7 calendar days prior to the class date. We will gladly refund your class fee or transfer you to another class as long as your request is made more than 7 calendar days prior to the class date. If you discover that you are unable to attend class within the 7 days prior, we encourage you to find a substitute to take your place. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions. Asian Noodle Dinner

Noodles are considered a staple for many cuisines such as Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese. These versatile pastas come in many shapes and sizes and can be made from wheat flour or rice flour. Chef Sophia will show you how to make fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. Then you will get to sample a Japanese Soba Noodle Dish that is oh so good! Next, Chef Sophia will show you how to build a simple, but awesome Ramen bowl like you would order in a fine restaurant. A traditional dish of Chinese Noodles in a black bean sauce with beef tips sounds different but is a truly delicious dish will round out this delicious meal.

Prepare to spend an elegant 7-course meal with Chef Francesca. From her trip to Rome, she will reenact her date night using the great Italian foods served to her and her husband. It will be more of a dinner experience and not a “class”. With Italian music playing in the background, you will start with Caprese Salad Bites & Julienne Veggies with creamy dill dip, Zuppa Tuscana with Garlic Herbed Crostini, Strawberry Pecan Salad with Dark Chocolate & Roasted Walnut Vinaigrette, Mozzarella Crusted Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage, and a Delicate White fish over polenta and asparagus spears. She will finish the evening with a variety of Italian Cheeses, Apples & Grapes and her homemade Meyer Lemon and Basil Sorbet.

Delicious breaded Italian steak is drenched in marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese, and then toasted. Julia Child presents Summer in Provence

This fun and delicious class will present the flavors and recipes of Provence, the southern region of France along the Mediterranean coastline, and of course, the wonderful dishes inspired by the acclaimed chef Julia Child. In true French fashion, we will begin the evening with gourgères. Then, enjoy Roasted Salmon on Greens, accompanied by Julia’s Braised Rice and Stuffed Tomatoes Provencal. For dessert, Le Vacherin, a meringue dessert.

Dinner from the Farmer's Market

The local farmers’ market is filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as herbs, meat, chicken and more. This class will focus on those delicious, fresh ingredients—whether from the market or your own garden. We will begin with a cucumber-basil dressing on tomatoes. A refreshing watermelon cooler will cleanse your palate. Then enjoy Summer Chicken Parmesan with Cherry Tomatoes and Zucchini, accompanied by Orzo with Roasted Vegetables. For dessert, there will be a delicious Cast Iron Peach Crostata.
