We will gladly refund your class fee or transfer you to another class as long as your request is made more than 7 calendar days prior to the class date. Join Chef Matt his evening as we indulge in some delicious Mexican Dishes. We will start the evening with fresh chips, Taqueria Salsa, and a Creamy Spinach Queso Dip. Matt will show you how he makes his Chicken Tortilla Soup. For the entree this evening, we will do a duo of Street Tacos, Beef Barbacoa (Mexican Pot Roast) and Al Pastor (Tender Pork with Fresh Pineapple). We will serve Frijoles Barrachos (Drunken Beans) and a Cilantro Lime Rice. For dessert, we will enjoy a Silky Caramel Flan!.

It's time for a Sushi party! Come learn how to roll Sushi with Chef Sophia Chatfield as she teaches you the basics, and some new trending techniques. You will learn about Sushi, and where to shop for the "good stuff" in the Kansas City. Students will make several different rolls throughout the night to practice their new Sushi Skills. This is a hands on class, come prepared to have a blast and get rolling with a Chef who has taught more than 100+ Sushi classes!

Hands On Pasta Making
Monday, April 8th from 6:00 to 8:00PM
Chef Francesca will show you how you too can make delicious pastas at home. Bring your apron because you will get to make several wonderful pastas (including flavored pappardelle) to take home! You will also taste a couple of simple, yet decadent, sauces served with the flavored paperadelle and ravioli. Finish the evening with a light Italian dessert.

Join Chef Matt this evening as we indulge in the Fresh Cuisine of Wine Country. You will start the evening with an appetizer upon arrival of Spinach and Pancetta Dip accompanied with toasted crostini. The Soup for the evening is Thai Yellow Curry Soup. Then you will enjoy crisp fresh greens with roasted nuts, goat cheese, and a white wine dressing. The entree for the dinner is Garlic and Herb Crusted Pork Rack Chops, with White Cheddar Au Gratin Potatoes. and fresh sauteed vegetables. Dessert is a Silky French Creme Caramel (French version of Flan). $75 per person

Chef Francesca will share with you how she learned to make her momma’s pizza and what ingredients to have on hand to make your own great pizza at home. She will be serving a nice salad with red wine vinaigrette, many different types of pizza, and a fun dessert, Affogato. Guest singers, Frank and Grace Ancona, will be there to entertain you, Italian style!

Italian Night, Kansas City Restaurant Style

The inspiration for these classic dishes may be Italian, but Kansas City restaurants have put their own local twist on the flavor. One might wonder, did chicken spiedini originate in Kansas City’s own Garozzo’s restaurant? The historical questions won’t diminish the popularity of this recipe, which will be the center of the plate for this delicious evening. We will round out this fun menu with Kansas City classics that reflect our Italian traditions. Of course, that great chicken will be served with penne pasta, a classic Italian chopped salad and garlic toast. Our favorite appetizer is freshly made ricotta and we can’t pass up an opportunity to share that fantastic recipe. For dessert, we will serve a wonderful rum cake, inspired by V’s Restaurant. Come hungry to this Kansas City-Italian evening.
