An Hawaiian Getaway

Join Chef Matt for a Culinary Getaway to the Hawaiian Islands where you will indulge in the flavors of paradise! We will start off with Fresh Poke on Crispy Wontons with Avocado Aioli. For the Salad, we will compose some wonderful flavors over greens with a Coconut Lime dressing, macadamias, and fresh mango. For our Entrée you will learn how to make Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, one of Matt's most requested sauce recipes, and serve it up with some fresh grilled Golden Pineapple, steamed Asian Rice, and we gotta have some Homemade Macaroni Salad! For dessert, you will fall in love with Guava Bars, so buttery and yummy, with whipped cream! $75 per person
All Things Lemon

Lemons are among some of the staples in Chef Francesca’s Sicilian style cooking. Be ready to see how she incorporates lemons into her marinade, in pasta sauce, and desserts that her mama used in her Italian dishes! Served tonight will be a sampling of cheeses that pair well with lemon and a Limoncello Slush. For dinner we will have Creamy Lemon Shrimp Pasta, Marinated Broccoli Salad, and a Lemon Herb Focaccia bread. And to finish off this wonderful meal - Lemon Meringue Pie Cannolis. $75 per person
Trip to Seoul (Korean Dinner)

Chef Sophia will start with Kimbap (a Korean dish of cooked rice, vegetables, fish, and meat rolled in dried seaweed sheets served in bite-sized pieces), Korean soy bean paste stew and Kimchi. The highlight of the night will be BBQ pork ribs (Bapsang) with steamed rice and a korean dessert pancake to top of the meal. $75 per person
