As a celebration of Springtime in Wine Country, you will indulge in some beautifully delicious cuisine. Upon arrival, we will serve Crab Cakes with Avocado Aioli; then a light Mesclun blend of Greens with a Fruity Vinaigrette. The Entree for the evening is Pan-Seared Chicken Breast Supreme with Raspberry Coulis and Boursin, Crispy Garlicky Petite Potatoes, and Sauteed Asparagus. Dessert will be a French Lemon Cream Tart with Fresh Berries. $80 per person

Tonight, Chef Glen will start with Vital Farms Deviled Egg Salad and Spring Greens. The main course will include Phyllo Wrapped, Wild Caught King Salmon, Rose` Butter Sauce, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Sauteed Asparagus with Wild Mushrooms. He'll round out the evening with Meyer Lemon Pound Cake and Macerated Strawberries. $90 per person.
Taco Night
