We will start off with an appetizer of Caprese Skewers with a Fruity Balsamic. Soup for the evening will be a Cajun Lobster Bisque with Langostino garnish. The Salad will be Strawberry Spinach salad with Almonds, Goat Cheese, and a yummy Poppyseed Dressing. Knife Skills - Hands On

Join Chef Matt this evening for this informative and useful "Hands On" class as he demonstrates how to safely become quicker, and ultimately enjoy working with a knife in your home kitchen. You will want to bring your Chef Knife or favorite from home (no tiny knives) as this one is interactive, and you will be practicing your cuts on a variety of vegetables. Dinner will be served the first 30 minutes of class so we can focus on those knife cuts. Chef Matt will also demonstrate on several proteins such as chicken and some red meats focusing on how to trim them out for different recipes. You will not only learn how, but why we cut things in different shapes and sizes. The goal of this class is to make your time in the kitchen simpler, less time consuming, and more pleasurable. $80 per person
