Come learn how simple and delicious Korean food can be prepared at home. Chef Sophia will start with Kimbap (a Korean dish of cooked rice, vegetables, fish, and meat rolled in dried seaweed sheets served in bite-sized pieces), Korean soy bean paste stew and Kimchi. The highlight of the night will be BBQ pork ribs (Bapsang) with steamed rice and a korean dessert pancake to top of the meal. $75 per person
