Join Chef Matt as he explores the beautiful flavors of Spain with a meal centered around Paella. Upon arrival appetizer will be Patatas Bravas (Crispy Potatoes) with Aioli. For the Salad course, Andalusian Gazpacho Salad with heirloom tomatoes. The Seafood Paella will be the main event featuring Crab, Shrimp, Mussels, and Scallops in a flavorful Risotto Style. Dessert will be Spanish Red Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Bean Ice cream. $90 per person
