Join Chef Matt tonight as a he takes you on a trip to explore the beautiful countryside cuisine of Sonoma. We will start the evening with an appetizer of Crab Cakes with Chili-Lime Avocado Aioli. The salad will feature fresh market greens with toasted nuts, great cheese, and a Sherry Vinaigrette. The Entree is a Espresso Rubbed Striploin Steak roasted to perfection, with Crispy Garlic Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and Spring Time Asparagus. vChef will bake off some of his Artisan Breads to accompany the dinner, and for dessert, a Brown Sugar Oatmeal Strawberry Shortcake. $90 per person
