Join Chef Glen tonight as he celebrates his love for authentic Mexican cuisine. We'll start the evening with Posole Rojo, National Soup of Mexico. We'll then taste and learn how to make Tamales, a Christmas Tradition in Mexico; then you will make your own Pork Tamales and Beef Tamales to take home. We can't leave without something sweet, so we'll finish the night with Apple Empanadas with Caramel Sauce. $80 per person.
