The Seine River that flows through the heart of Paris is lined with cafes, and dining leisurely at them, enjoying time with friends and the scrumptious food, is very popular in France. Join us for a delightful evening as we enjoy a delicious French dinner. This class is scheduled for after we have returned from our culinary tour in France and we know we will be eager to share stories, tips and their delicious cuisine with you. The evening will feature Pork Tenderloin with Sauce Poivrade, in classic French style. We will accompany it with mashed potatoes and seasonal summer vegetables. We are going to wait and pick the appetizer and dessert once we return from France (with oh, so many new recipe ideas to choose from.) Come join us for a relaxing evening as you enjoy a mouth-watering dinner and dream of dining on the banks of the Seine. $90 per person
