It's tradition Chef Matt carries on with his Wood Fired and Slow Roast Prime Rib of Beef, with Roasted Garlic Whipped potatoes and vegetables. Dessert to cap off the evening is Chocolate bread Pudding with a Salted Caramel Vanilla Custard Sauce. $85 per person
