Salad for the evening will be crisp Romaine with Dried Apricots, Candied Walnuts, Hard Cooked Egg, Goat Cheese, and a Homemade Dressing. Entree for the evening is Hard-Seared Beef Striploin Steak with a Garlic and Herb Maitre D Butter, Roasted Asparagus with Carrots, and Pan Toasted Spätzle.
