Join us for a fun dinner as we discuss the tips and tricks to making some Championship level BBQ Fare in your own backyard! We will start the evening with an appetizer of Smoked Chicken Empanadas with Chili Verde. It's still warm outside, so let's craft a nice Crisp Salad with grilled onions, Avocado, Heirloom Tomatoes, some great cheese, and a Smoky Chipotle Buttermilk Dressing. For the Entree, we will learn about composing BBQ Rubs, homemade BBQ Sauce, and apply those to a duo of Brisket and Pulled Pork. For the sides, I gotta make some of Mom's Skillet Potatoes to go along, and some Mexican Street Corn Sauté. The Dessert to finish the evening will be Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream with Fresh Berry Compote on top! $80 per person
