This evening we will celebrate a true legend in the kitchen, Julia Child, and learn some modern twists on Classic French favorites. Upon arrival we will enjoy the perfect light appetizer, Gougeres (cheese puffs) with a fruity dijon dip. The soup course for the dinner will be a silky French Onion Soup with cheesy Gruyere crouton, followed by Coques St. Jacque (Scallops in a Mornay sauce). The Entree for the evening will be Beef Bourguignonne with Whipped Potatoes and Haricot Verte. And the finale to the dinner is a French Lemon Cream curd with Raspberry Coulis and Whipped Cream. $90 per person
