Join us this evening as Chef Matt prepares some yummy foods, tailored to a favorite time of the year for all of us! We want to spend less time cooking, and more time enjoying the weather. That doesn't mean we have to sacrifice Flavor! We will start off with an appetizer of Spicy Roasted Shrimp Crostini. The salad for the evening with be a Grilled Caesar with Chef's favorite dressing. The Main Dish Chef Matt will show you how to make will be a delicious Grilled London Broil with a duo of sauces. We will make a Fresh Barley Rissotto and roasted vegetables to accompany. Chef will also make some homemade bread to enjoy with the meal. For dessert, we will make individual Olive Oil Cakes with a Berry Compote and Whipped Cream (Think Italian Berry Shortcake!) $75 per person
