Seafood is what’s for dinner tonight! Chef Francesca will begin with a crusty Italian bread and a White Fish Puttanesca. Then she will serve a Romaine Salad with freshly made Caesar Anchovy Dressing. Finally, the main entree will be a “Frutti Di Mare” (fruit of the sea) dish. This seafood pasta dish is made with fresh clams, mussels, scallops, and shrimp that are all tossed in a garlic wine sauce served over pasta. You will finish this evening with a cup of espresso and a light dessert.
