Spend the evening immersed in the creamy, comforting world of ricotta in this cooking class with Chef Francesca. From savory to sweet, breakfast to dinner to dessert, discover just how versatile ricotta can be. Before we begin, you’ll learn how to make fresh ricotta from scratch. Then start your tasting journey with delicate fried sweet ricotta squares as a "breakfast" treat. Next, Chef will serve an Italian Ricotta Grilled Cheese for "lunch". Ricotta for dinner, will be Pillowy Gnudi with pomodoro sauce. Finally for dessert, Limoncello Ricotta Cake and a cup of espresso. So many ways to eat Italy’s favorite cheese!! $80 per person.
