This menu is meant to demystify a delicious and often considered exotic cuisine! We'll start with Samosas - beef, potato, cauliflower, and peas in flaky crust and learn about Raita - cucumber herb yogurt and Chutney - sweet, sour, and spicy condiment. The main course will include Butter Chicken - tender, spiced, garlic butter stew and Festive Basmati Rice. Coconut Burfi Pudding will complete the meal. $65 per person
