Julia Child’s birthday is in August so let’s celebrate her and let her inspire this summer, French dinner. No need to pack a bag or get a passport, but summer in France is truly delicious. We will begin with a classic fresh green salad and Julia’s vinaigrette. For dinner we will serve chicken with mushrooms in a cream sauce (or as they say in French, Suprémes de Volaille aux Champignons.) We will accompany it with Oven Braised Rice and Glazed Carrots. For dessert, Crepes Suzette. Bon Appetite!
