Chef Francesca will make Artichoke and Pea soup, Italian Sausage Tortellini soup, and Lentil and Spinach soup just like her momma did years ago when meat was too expensive for their big Italian families. Come taste three different soups and learn how to make them with recipes written down from memory. Smells of fresh baked Rosemary Herb Focaccia bread will fill the room as we enjoy the evening! Finish with a scoop of Spumoni ice cream. Great way to end this hearty meal!
