It's springtime under the big prairie sky, the stars are out, and we're ready to dine. We'll start with Prairie Flatbread made with Kansas flour and Missouri cheeses, and Farmer's Market Salad with local greens and homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Make-ahead Ranchhand's Pie is a beefy take on shepherd's pie, no deliciousness lost in the translation. Save room for Somewhere Over the Rainbow Cake and ice cream. Bring a bottle of regional wine, if you like, from a Kansas or Missouri winemaker.  $65 per person
