Cancellation Policy - we cannot make exceptions. We have a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason in which a full refund will be given. Full payment is expected at time of registration.
Bad Weather Policy - We will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class and will make every attempt to notify you by phone at the phone number you provide us upon registration. If we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message. We encourage you to call us if in doubt. Unless you hear from us at the phone number provided to us at registration, the class will be held.
Percent Off ~ Each class participant receives 15% off the store the day of the event. You can come in early, shop during the mid-class break or after the class is over.

Learn how to make buttermilk white cupcakes, an easy homemade strawberry
puree and Swiss meringue strawberry buttercream. Put them all together and
you have my best selling recipe. The format of the classes will be
demonstration and interactive participation. You will take home your own
creations, recipes used during the day and a bundle of hints and tips
relating to baking and decorating. All ingredients and supplies for the
class will be provided. You do not need to bring anything with you! But
you will leave with a box of 6 lovely creations to show your friends and
family (and maybe share with them)!
