Day 3 in Italy

Today we had our first cooking class. It was held at a private villa here in Tuscany. The villa is over 500 years old! It was so beautiful. Dinner in Castellina, Italy (Chianti )

Wow! We were all still pretty full from our lunch, so we did our dinner family style. 3 different appetizers – Aged Parmesan-Reggiano with walnuts and area honey, Caprese (fresh sheeps mozarella, basil, tomatoes with 1 year old olive oil), fried polenta with carmelized porcini mushrooms. Hotel Squarcialupi
