Cooking school Class Schedule

Customer Testimonies:

"Hi Nancy and Jet,
I wanted to let you both know that our group had a wonderful time last Saturday. It was such a great experience that several couples mentioned they would like to do this again. Maybe a Summer cooking lesson. The layout was perfect and allowed everyone to see and hear. And the food was excellent. I'm not sure if I'm talented enough to make everything, but it will be fun to try.

"It was such a nice experience being in your shop.  I enjoyed the cooking class with Jasper.  Everyone was so friendly.  Thank you again.  Donna"

"Last nights dinner class was a perfect 10.  From start to finish, each dish was something doable at home and delicious.
I would love the potato recipe.  Thanks for sharing and you do a wonderful job in your demonstrations.
Marti Wilkinson
PS. Barry thought it was your best so far and can't wait for me to make the dishes!"

Rich & Bunny Tuttle
What to do with leftover Que?
Rich and Bunny Tuttle from K-Cass BBQ used to go to competitions and smoke up a storm for the contest.  Afterwards they usually didn't have much money left but they sure had a lot of BBQ.  Trying to please the little ones at home, they had to be quite creative to satisfy the little boogers without burning them out with the same ol' pile of meat night after night.  They turned their passion into some creative dishes and ready to share their secrets. (BBQ Pizza , Smoked Sausage Gumbo, Brisket Salad, Trash Rib Sandwich).

This is what people say about Sophia's classes!
**I attended, along with a friend,  that class and had a very different reaction.  I loved the class and enjoyed it immensely.  I thought it was exceptional.  I learned so many things, greatly enjoyed the food, and thought the instructor was well prepared and certainly knowledgeable.  The instructor was willing to answer any questions and gave us many tips. Nancy

**I attended the Vietnamese Cooking Class on August 11, 2015.  It was very informative.  I learned many things about Vietnamese Cooking that I did not know before. The chef was very knowledgeable and an exceptional teacher.  The Chef told us how to cook things, where to get ingredients, and her personal tips and trade secrets.  It is August 19th and I have already made the Spring Roll Recipe twice.  The food was delicious and healthy.  Plus, we got to learn how to make many different dishes.

I have attended two cooking classes at a Thyme for Everything; one Indian and one Vietnamese.  Both classes were exceptional.  I highly recommend both classes to anyone interested in learning how to cook ethic food.  Before attending these classes I was a bit scared of trying to cook these ethic dishes.  Now, I'm cooking both cuisines and enjoying the results!  I will definitely be back for another class at a Thyme for Everything.

Thank you for all the hard work that you put into making a Thyme for Everything such a great kitchen store and culinary learning center.  Linda
